Frequently asked questions

Furlo is a pet care community app for apartment buildings. It connects residents who need help with their pets — like a bathroom break, feeding, or check-in — with neighbors who are happy to help. Your property manager sets up the community; once approved, you can post and respond to care requests within your building.
For your safety, your property manager verifies that each resident lives in the building before activating their account. You'll receive an email once you've been approved — most managers review new accounts within a few hours. If you've been waiting more than 48 hours, reach out to your property manager directly or email us at contact@joinfurlo.com.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to set a new password. If you're already logged in, you can update your password from the Profile tab in the app.
Furlo is currently available at select apartment communities in Nashville, TN. If your building isn't listed when you register, you can submit your info and we'll reach out to your property manager about bringing Furlo to your community.
Tap the Pets tab in the app to add a new pet or tap an existing pet to edit their details — including their name, breed, age, care notes, allergies, and vet info. Keeping this info up to date helps your neighbors provide the best care.
Yes. Messages between residents are private and only visible to the people in that conversation. Your personal information is only shared with verified residents in your building. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
In the app, go to the Profile tab and scroll to "Notification preferences." You can toggle each notification type on or off individually. You can also manage Furlo's notification permissions in your phone's Settings app.
You can delete your account directly in the app. Go to Profile → Account → Delete account, confirm the prompt, and your account and all associated data will be permanently removed immediately. This cannot be undone.
